Two-tone silvered dial with tachymetre and telemetre scales, guilloché subdials for subsecs and 30-minute chrono at 3.  Golden lance-style hour and minute hands.  17-jewel Landeron Cal. 54 chronograph movement, flat pushers.  Solid 18K rose gold case and bezel, hallmarked snap-on back.  Tan lizard-skin 20mm tapered strap.

1910's no-name Trench Watch

Nice wire-lug style.  Mint white porcelain dial with cathedral-style blued steel hands, and a sizeable seconds subdial.  Hands and numbers re-lumed by Everest Watch Works with yellow-green (C3) SuperLuminova.  Coin or German silver case, hinged back and snap-on bezel with non-original acrylic crystal.  Unsigned Swiss movement.  New period-style 12mm brown leather strap with sterling silver buckle.

1944 Longines Weems

The original Weems synchronization system - A bi-directional smooth-turning bezel with seconds divisions, unfortunately missing it's lockwasher.  See here for more about Philip van Horn Weems.  Stained original signed dial with Weems' patent no., indirectly-driven sweep seconds hand.  Original hour & minute hands have had old luminous paint removed.  Nicely made original Longines Cal. 10.68N 17-jewel movement.  10K yellow gold-filled case & snap-on back.  A small watch - only 27mm diameter.  French "Band-it" light tan pigskin 16mm strap.

Elgin 0s re-case

1913 Elgin movement and dial - re-cased.

Movement and dial were made for a (lady's?) pendant watch - hence 12 is next to the crown.  Almost mint white porcelain signed dial with thin pear-style blued steel hands, and a seconds subdial.  Red minute numbers around the outside of the dial.  Base-metal rhodium or chrome-plated case by the Illinois Watch Case Co., snap-on back and bezel with clean glass crystal.  1913 Elgin grade 410 gilt engraved 0-size movement, with a positive setting system (detent under dial).  Modern woven 18mm black nylon strap.

How it was done

Unique Left-handed 1978 HAMILTON ex-military GG-W-113

Revived, rather than restored!  Black dial with 24-hr numerals, sterile, with no "H3" or radiation symbol.  Re-lumed by Everest Watch Works with white (C1) SuperLuminova.  Titoni (ebauche ETA) 2750 movement with 21 jewels.  Original stainless steel non-reflective case with integral back.  Military-style olive-drab 18mm strap.
