1913 Elgin movement and dial - re-cased

Movement and dial were made for a lady's pendant watch - hence 12 is next to the crown. Almost mint white porcelain signed dial with thin pear-style blued steel hands, and a seconds subdial. Red minute numbers around the outside of the dial. Base-metal rhodium or chrome-plated case by the Illinois Watch Case Co., snap-on back and bezel with clean glass crystal. 1913 Elgin grade 410 gilt engraved 0-size movement, with a positive setting system (detent under dial).
